Welcome
THE WORLD IS OUR PLAYGROUND Sports Training for all Athletes
Here developing our youth, high school, and college athletes to their highest potential and preparing for the next level
Here developing our youth, high school, and college athletes to their highest potential and preparing for the next level

At Grit Swagger Athletics, I started out as just training and working out with my sons since they were young kids. Many parents inquired about me training their kids and it became a mission to help individuals achieve their fitness goals and get better in their respective sport. Our family is growing in hoping to keep getting bigger, but my commitment to my athletes has never changed..
With over two decades of experience in health, fitness, and public service, I have dedicated my career to developing strength, discipline, and resilience in others. Since beginning my journey as a trainer in 2005, I have earned numerous certifications and completed specialized training programs that have allowed me to work with athletes and individuals of all levels in a safe, structured, and results-driven environment.
My professional path expanded when I became an Emergency Medical Technician with the Fire Department of the City of New York, where I gained invaluable experience in emergency response and patient care. I later had the honor of serving as a Fitness Instructor at the FDNY Academy, helping prepare recruits for the physical and mental demands of the job. Today, I proudly serve as a Firefighter with the FDNY and compete as a member of the Bravest Football Team, continuing to embody teamwork, toughness, and commitment both on and off the field.
Beyond my professional career, coaching has always been deeply personal. I have trained and mentored my two sons since they were young, guiding them not only in athletics but in character and leadership. That passion led me to coach at the Pop Warner level with the Queens Falcons, where I helped develop young athletes during their foundational years.
I then transitioned to the high school level at St. Francis Preparatory School, serving one year as Junior Varsity Defensive Backs Coach before being promoted to the Varsity Football staff. For the past four years, I have coached Defensive Backs on the Varsity team, focusing on technical development, football IQ, accountability, and mentorship.
Throughout every stage of my career — trainer, EMT, firefighter, athlete, and coach, my mission has remained the same: to lead with integrity, teach with patience, and help others reach their highest potential both physically and mentally.
At Grit Swagger Athletics, I am experienced and certified, dedicated to delivering exceptional coaching and measurable results. I bring a deep understanding of performance development, injury prevention, and sport-specific training to every session.
I am committed to providing individualized attention, strategic programming, and ongoing support to ensure each athlete receives a personalized experience aligned with their unique goals. Through professional guidance, accountability, and a results-driven approach, I empower my clients to perform at their highest potential.
At Grit Swagger Athletics, I provide a comprehensive range of performance-driven training programs designed to meet athletes at every level of development. My services include structured strength training, speed development, and sport-specific agility programming tailored to enhance overall athletic performance.
Whether an athlete is building foundational skills or refining advanced techniques, my programs are strategically designed to support individual goals and maximize results across all sports.

At Grit Swagger Athletics, I believe that fitness is more than just exercise - it's about building a community. I am supportive and encouraging, and committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
Sports Coach serving all 5 boroughs of New York (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island) and Long Island.

I understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, which is why I offer personalized training plans tailored to your specific goals. Whether you prefer one-on-one training or group classes, I have a program that will work for you.
